John and his wife Yvonne are two of the most wonderful people we have ever met. Their home is absolutely incredible and the story behind it is even more incredible. There are not enough words to explain how wonderful our stay was at this hidden gem. The views are breathtaking. It was an amazing getaway from the hectic city life. We look forward to going back again to this magical place!

We live in Syracuse and stumbled upon your castle while browsing online - searching for a unique place to stay in the Lake George area. WOW! From the moment we saw the photos online - we all were enchanted... and agreed as a family that we needed to come. It was a pleasure to meet you both - you are very kind souls. There are endless beauties throughout the property, our favorites: the bookshelf doorway, the lions at the entrance, the angels, and the greenery framing the windows. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed looking onto the mountains and lake at all times throughout our stay, but especially at dawn. It was magical to see the sunrise paint the sky in the most vivid pinks and purples - plus see the clouds and mist.
